About the company

In the initial period of our operations, in the years 1988-1995, we were gaining experience in the leading company on the German market with the seat in Bavaria. We regard this period as a good start for the development of our company since we gained wide theoretical and practical knowledge, as well as experience, so necessary in this industry.

Inspired by the possibilities of modern prefabricated construction industry, in particular fascinated by very high energy saving parameters, ecology and economy, we start our own operations in Poland at the beginning of 1995. A production plant is created in the town of Przystajń near Częstochowa. The first years of independent operations consist in production and assembly of ready-made detached, semi-detached and multi-family houses, mainly for the market of Germany and Italy.

As early as in 1998 we obtained DIN-1052 TECHNOLOGICAL CERTIFICATE granted by MPA LGA Institute from Nurnberg (Germany), which was of tremendous importance to us since it confirmed the professionalism and proved good quality of our products. We have our own, proven team of qualified construction employees. Taking advantage of many years of experience in the wooden construction industry, we try to offer buildings of the highest quality.
