Description of the course of production

Prefabricated houses offered by TADEKS FERTIG HAUS are constructed of ready-made, brand-new elements – prefabricated elements. All prefabricated elements: ready-made walls, ceilings and rafter framing are made in the production plant, under the conditions independent from the weather. We build our houses for the whole year. We deliver to the construction site a complete building in the form of elements, then we assemble everything on the prepared foundation plate. Within just a few weeks we create a closed body of the building, along with windows, roof, chimney and complete facade finish. In terms of durability, prefabricated houses are absolutely equal to buildings in the traditional technology, and naturally warm wood guarantees exceptional power saving. In addition, being a natural material, it provides healthy microclimate inside the rooms, at the same time being characterized by high sound absorption. A building with comparable parameters, for a similar amount, is extremely difficult to build in traditional technology.
